Max Crosby Construction has been a major contributor to the Charleston area housing market since 1977, with a tremendous emphasis on quality, attention to craftsmanship, and diligent dedication to customer service being the hallmarks of the late Max Crosby.
In 2002, Max partnered with Jamison Howard after Howard's studies in the Savannah College of Art & Design's Masters of Architecture program, complementing Max's thirty years of experience. Together over seven years and emphasizing each other's strengths, their partnership developed a synergy that enabled the company to grow by leaps and bounds, while always maintaining a customer and quality first philosophy.
Max Crosby Construction has received many awards of recognition over the years from the Trident Home Builders Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and Southern Living Magazine to name a few. In 2012, Max Crosby Construction was named by Charleston Home and Design Magazine as one of Charleston's "Most Influential Builders" and was chosen by Coastal Living Magazine as the builder for the 2013 Showhouse. Having built the 2006 Southern Living Idea House, Max Crosby became the only builder ever chosen for both projects.
